Avenue Plaza is one our low-income affordable housing properties (rent is based is on income) wait-list opens, June 25th, 2018 for Studio & 1 Bedroom units. This complex is subsidized with HUD Project Based Section 8 with income restrictions, Located at 5025 NE 8th Ave, Portland OR 97211. Interested applicants can locate a pre-application on our website, www.sabincdc.us or Sabin CDC’s office at 1488 NE Alberta St., Portland OR 97211. Pre-application can be faxed with both forms completed (signed) & ID attached Fax # 503-296-5654 Office hours are Mon-Thurs 9 am – 1:30 pm. Head of household state identification is required at time of pre-application for complete submission. NO available units at this time, we are ONLY filling the wait-list at this time.
