Sabin CDC will be opening up our wait-list April 1st, 2018 for Studio and 1-Bedroom apartments at the Alberta Street Apartments complex. This complex is located at 5010 NE 19th Ave, Portland, OR 97211
Alberta Street Apartments is subsidized from two sources: Project-based Section 8 and Section 236. Project-Based Section 8 provides rental assistance for low-income households, while Section 236 is a government-funded program with rents set by the Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD). There are 10 units of Project-Based Section 8 and 14 units funded by Section 236 at the Alberta St Apartments.

Interested applicants can locate the pre-application on our website, www.sabincdc.us, and/ or at Sabin CDC’s office at 1488 NE Alberta St. Portland, OR 97211 Mon-Thu from 9 am -1:30 pm. At the time of application submission the head of household’s ID is required.
The Alberta Street Apartment’s wait-list will remain open until further notice.
