Abel Johnson is the Property Management Director. Abel has an excellent understanding of both federal regulations as they apply to LIHTC properties and HUD regulations as they relate to PBRA. Abel oversees Sabin’s day to day property management to ensure smooth compliance, rent collection, and asset management procedures. Abel ensures tenants are complying with Sabin’s rules and regulations by utilizing his trilingual skills to Sabin’s multi background residents from East Africa and South America. He supervise overall property management operations to ensure they are running smoothly, as well as make sure all AmeriCorps teams reach their goals at Sabin CDC.
